A Lesson About Hard Work and Patience. It Does Pay Off
Anything takes time to get done and see accomplished. Patience, fused and balanced together with hard work, they are the key.
One way to motivate yourself is to see and hear something that will give you a shot of inspiration. Here I’ve collected for you, some of the top motivational videos that will give you that boost.
Injections of self-confidence and motivation that will enable you to face whatever it is you are currently struggling with. I regularly watch them.
They are short, powerful and meaningful. It’s like drinking a strong coffee – after you’ve watched one of them, you’ll feel energized and ready to get back into action.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
– Marianne Williamson
Don’t be scared to show all that greatness that is within you. Let it out; you’ve got an amazing gift inside of you and it would be a damn shame to keep it hidden from the world, where no one else will ever see it.
Believe in yourself; with all your heart; 100%; even when others don’t. And keep believing in yourself.
If you want to accomplish your goals in life, then keep going, keep learning and keep on believing in yourself. It’s the greatest attribute anyone can ever have.
Don’t be scared to show all that greatness that is within you. Let it out; you’ve got an amazing gift inside of you and it would be a damn shame to keep it hidden from the world, where no one else will ever see it.
There is nothing as powerful as a changed mind. From the moment you make that change, and eliminate whatever it is (mentally or physical) that is preventing you from doing what you really want to do – no one, and nothing can stop you.
Commit yourself to your passion. Your passion is who you are. It’s the purpose of your soul. Every step you take towards fulfilling that purpose is a step on the road to happiness. Live your life with passion.
Your time is limited. Truly understanding this changes everything else that you do. Once you truly embrace this idea – that your time is limited – everything that is stopping you from perusing your dreams becomes meaningless. You’ve got nothing to lose apart from your dreams. Don’t let them go to waste.
Put this word very deeply in your head, as it is the most powerful word in the English language. A word which I repeat to myself every day. Focus. If you want it, you’ve got to go and get it. You’ve got to stay focused.

Working on yourself can be scary, overwhelming, confusing, messy, challenging, and lonely. On this podcast, hosted by Jellis Vaes, an aspiring clinical psychologist who once battled severe emotional struggles, you’ll gain valuable insights from experts in psychology, neuroscience, and relationships, as well as people like you and me, to support you on your mental health journey, help you feel less alone, and untangle some of the complexity of mental health.

Addiction is complex, deeply human, and often misunderstood.
In this episode, we take a grounded and practical look at what addiction really is and how it can be treated effectively.
I’m joined by Kevin Cornelius, a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical director at the Feeling Good Institute Silicon Valley.
Kevin specializes in TEAM-CBT, a powerful and evolving therapeutic approach developed by psychiatrist David Burns.
What I am hoping you get out of this episode, besides learning some of the reasons why people stay addicted, is that you will learn some practical techniques to start taking a small step toward freeing yourself from whichever addiction you might be struggling with.
If, after this episode, you’d like to learn more about the effects addiction has on the brain, do have a listen to the episode I did with Dr. Grisel, titled The Brain on Addiction.
