This is a special episode we created for the current pandemic. In this episode, various experts who have previously been guests on our show share short pieces of advice on how they deal with distressing times, such as the coronavirus epidemic.
We believe that, long after this pandemic has passed, these shared pieces of advice can still be of enormous help for everyone.
Distressing times occur all the time in life.
Therefore, it would not hurt to discover some new tools from our guests who are life experts: a pancreatic cancer survivor, a former SAS patrol commander, a woman who ran 1144 miles alone through Iran, a monk who lived 37 years in a monastery, and many other incredible people.
