Below, you will find the upcoming expert set to appear next on Inner Path Seekers, along with a brief bio about who they are and a comment section to ask your questions. Whenever a new health expert appears on the podcast, I love to give listeners the opportunity to submit one question they would like me to ask the guest — which I will, in turn, ask during the interview.

Questions are open until 10/03/2026

Kevin Cornelius, M.A., is a certified TEAM-CBT therapist specializing in evidence-based treatment for mood disorders, anxiety, and addictive behaviors. He is affiliated with the Feeling Good Institute and trained in the TEAM-CBT model developed by Dr. David D. Burns.

TEAM-CBT is a structured, measurement-based therapeutic approach built on four pillars: Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting, and Methods.

In his clinical work, Kevin helps individuals understand the emotional and cognitive drivers behind addictive behaviors, addressing patterns such as shame, self-criticism, avoidance, and ambivalence about change. His approach combines rigorous assessment with practical, actionable tools designed to create measurable progress.

What questions do you have for Kevin about addiction, recovery, relapse, or which methods to use? Let me know below, and I will ask him in the interview!
