Upcoming Events

Every month a group of men comes together to philosophize about life, support each other, and work on becoming a better version of themselves.

Are you someone who, while the rest of the world is partying, watching TV, on the couch staring at their phone, prefers to work on themselves with a snack, a drink, and valuable company? Then be sure to join one of our monthly group discussions organized by Alex Doumen, a philosopher and founder of Idea: practice for therapy and meaning, and Jellis Vaes (me), a therapist and creator of The IPS Project, an educational platform about life.

How does it work?

In each edition, we will discuss a specific topic, such as expectations in relationships, insecurity, career, finding meaning in life, loneliness, etc. Together as a group, we will dive deep into the topic, brainstorm the challenges you have around it, and offer support, insights, and tips and tools.

Knowing that you are surrounded by a group of fellow men who are there for each other without judgement, in a safe environment, is an incredibly powerful experience.
