I’m Jellis Vaes, founder of Inner Path Seekers and an aspiring clinical psychologist. After years of struggling with my own demons, I created this platform to provide mental health support for those who feel ready to embark on their own journey of healing.
One way we do this is through our online meetups, where a group of people come together to turn struggles into opportunities for learning, growth, and mutual support.
Life gives us countless challenges — and facing them alone can feel overwhelming. Many of us struggle to find the right resources or support, feel isolated or misunderstood, or deal with the weight of stigma and judgment. Even when we do find guidance, maintaining consistent self-care routines can feel like an uphill battle.
That is why we host these meetups — to create a space where we can face these challenges less alone.
Together with Angelica Galluzzo, a mental health advocate and host of The Revolutionized Mind podcast, we hold space during these meetups as fellow participants — not as experts. This isn’t a lecture, but a circle. We are here to share, to listen, to get vulnerable, and to remind each other that we don’t have to do this alone.
When a new online meetup is open for registration, you’ll see ‘Meeting Poll Open’ on the button below. Otherwise, it will display ‘Meeting Poll Closed.’
Through the poll, participants can vote on their preferred meetup dates from the options provided. The date and time with the most votes will be selected. Once the date is confirmed, a confirmation email with the meetup link will be sent to you.
Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay updated on when the meeting poll for the meetup will be open.
Each online meetup provides an opportunity to bring up a topic you’re currently struggling with, share it with the group, seek advice, brainstorm, or ask for support. If you prefer to simply listen, chat, or offer support to others, that’s absolutely fine too.
Creating a safe space is our top priority. Large groups can sometimes feel overwhelming, so the meetups are intentionally small, with a maximum of six participants. This keeps the meetups personal and ensures that everyone has time to share and participate in the discussion.
Yes, absolutely! Everyone deserves support, which is why this meetup is free — and always will be.
The meetup is scheduled for one hour, though some may be a little shorter or longer. There’s no pressure to stay until the end—feel free to leave whenever you need to.
If you still have any questions, worries, or suggestions about the online meetup, you can always get in touch by sending an email to contact@theipsproject.com or by sending a DM on Instagram.
